3:55 pm	Mine and Gemmas Trip To Town. Right, i don't do live journal tbh but me and gemma had a crease of a day yesterday so i am writing this so that she can read it and crease 2 :D Hi gem if you're there. First of all, we met at the gate. I was standing next to that massive indoor tree thing right, and this couple started walking towards the automatic door with a pushchair. For people who havent been to the gate before, the door opens automatically if youre walking out but you have to press the button on the wall to get in. The couple didnt realise this. So as they approach the door, its shutting and they presume that if they walk towards it, it will open. And well...it didn't. The pushchair with baby in, gets jammed between the doors and the parents go frantic trying to pull the chair out whilst ramming the button about 20 times. The baby finds this hilarious. Gemma arrived about 1 minute later and told me a funny story: When the metro pulled up at Haymarket, the doors start to close and this japanese woman runs onto the platform and uses the baby she has to keep the door from closing. However the attempt failed meaing that the baby is stuck in the door..not in pain, just smiling away, while half the people on the metro desperately try to drag it through the door and the other half just laugh quietly to themselves. We went to Wokmania (greatest place ever). Disappointingly, there was no chocolate fountain. However, the meal was made eventful by the fact that this total random insisted on staring at us for aaages and we kept laughing. When the time came for ice cream we spent about 3 minutes trying to work the machine, only to discover that the reason no ice cream would come out was because the machine didn't have a handle! We then walked round to the ice cream which did have a handle, trying to hide our embarassment. We got the metro back to mine and we got on at monument. As we were walking to the platform Gemma was slightly ahead of me and this boy with school uniform starts doing a total comedy run along the platform (he doesn't realise he is doing a comedy run though). However, Gemma, who is sauntering along at about 1 mile and hour manages to completely block his way without realising causing him to throw a proper stress and wave his hands round like a mad man. I managed to hold my laugh in for about one second before i totally creased at him really loud and then had to explain to gem wat was up with me. We were just recovering from that ordeal when i sensed someone standing next to me. I turned round and there was this woman next to me. I swear to god, you have never seen a hood on someones coat quite like this. It was green, with brown fur round it. When i say fur, judging by the length of it, it must have come off a human head! It was sticking out, poker straight in a circle round her head, eee you've never seen anything like it. Obviously, i couldn't laugh out loud but as much as i tried not to, i had to laugh. Gem, who was also trying not to laugh had buried half of her face into her coat. I was only wearing a thin jacket and i was standing next to the woman so i had to try and keep a straight face. As soon as i caught Gems eye, i totally lost it and we had to move along the platform, where we both kept randomly errupting into little bursts of laughter. We are so mean. We got off the metro at Monkseaton and it was totally chucking it down. We ended up running back to my house practically, but we both had really flat shoes on so it reeally hurt lol. What the people in the cars must have thought! Gems Mum came to pick her up at quarter past 5. She rang her from the car to say that she was parked outside. As Gem was putting her coat on, there was a noise of something coming through the letter box. Gemma, thinking her mum was pushing something through my letterbox, then said in a totally disgusted voice "argh wat the hell is she doing?!". By this time i was crying with laughter and couldn't bring myself to tell her that the paper boy puts the whitley bay guardian through our letter box on friday tea time. I opened the porch door and we both took one look at the paper lying on the floor and were holding on to each other laughing. To find this funny, you had to be there, but to be honest, i am writing this for me and gem, so we can remember our amazing trip to town lol. Also when you go skating and you do a double cherry (its a jump...for people who don't skate) and youre in the air and you think youre gonna land it nd then u go splat all over he ice. It is sssssssoooooo painful, you just wanna lie there nd cry.
